Randstad is seeking a motivated Product Support Officer to join a critical service delivery provider dedicated to maintaining city safety and infrastructure. This role is vital in providing high-quality, customer-focused business support and correspondence services to help meet essential community objectives.
Based at Eagle Farm, you will facilitate a range of administrative activities for a busy operational team. Your primary focus will be providing a professional interface between customer service areas and field operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Engagement: Responding to service requests and general enquiries while solving problems for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Support: Creating work orders, preparing quote packages, and ensuring tracking systems are accurately maintained.
Resource Coordination: Assisting with the planning and scheduling of work, including the requisitioning of equipment and materials.
Administration: Delivering timely invoice authorisations and customer billing support to a high standard.
Process Improvement: Contributing to identifying service enhancements to increase the efficiency of the operational area.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience: Solid general administrative experience and strong computer literacy.
Industry Knowledge: Prior local government experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: High-level organisational and time management skills.
Systems: Experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is highly desirable.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to solving customer issues.
Analytical Ability: Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirement: A current Criminal History Check is mandatory for this position.
$54.19 per hour plus super.
Eagle Farm location with onsite parking available.
Initial 3 month contract with potential for extension
